After 3.6.1 Update – Can't change Sticky status in Quick Edit

  • Refuses to accept status change in different installations with different plugin setups:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_validate_redirect() in /homepages/…/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1305

  • Activate the default theme and disable all plugins to see if the error persists.

    It seems that “Admin in English” plugin causes the redirect error in the admin interface.

    I’m using this plugin because the sites are in German – but I love to have consistent, untranslated OS & WP admin directions on all my systems.

    Because of this individual config, further investigation may still be required for other non-english installations.

    I just released 1.2.1 of Admin in English, which should fix the problem. Could you please give it a try and confirm that it works alright? Thanks!

    Yes. The update does indeed fix THIS problem for native German websites and admin language.
