After 4.0 upgrade when Posting the Add Media and Links do not work

    Hi everyone,
    Since the latest upgrade, when I post I am having a problem building the post because the Add Media and Link buttons not working. Also the Category cannot be added. Does anyone else have this problem or have a solution for it? All I can do is add text. I have tried it on Chrome and IE to no avail.
