    Hello, I have been trying to get some support for weeks. I have a paid version of Smartforms and it is not working properly. I need some features to work, or explained. If you can not help me I will have to take Smartforms out of my website and go and work with another developer. Please check my emails from [ redacted, support is not offered via email, Skype, IM etc. only in the forums ] and REPLY.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. Which the author indicated.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
