After activate, menu still disappears

    Hi Peter,
    I use a free theme for my site. after install and activate your plugin responsive menu, it does not show up on my site.
    I view source code but cannot see any new code added.
    I change to Twenty theme, it works. But with my theme, it doesnot.
    Pls let my know do i must add any code into header or footer of my theme?

  • Hi trung0945,

    This is usually to the theme developer not using the correct wp_head() and wp_footer() tags in the header.php and footer.php files respectively.

    Please can you check these files and see if these are included, if not you will have to add them in yourself.

    If you are not sure what to do here, if you can provide FTP access to your site then I can look at this for you.

    Yes, after correct wp_head() and wp_footer(), When i view source code, the new code added.

    Great news!

    I can see it working perfectly for me on your site. You have set the white lines colour to white and it is on a white background so you can’t see it but it is there and working.

    Simply set the colour option in the admin so you can see it and all will be fine.
