• When I activate the plugin, I only see the “Deactivate” link next to the plugin in the plugins page. I do not see a “settings” link. And if I try to go directly to the settings URL for this plugin, at wp-admin/admin.php?page=jm_tc I see “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

    I’m having this problem in 2 out of the 3 servers where I tried to enable this plugin. The problem does not occur in my local dev site, but does occur in my staging and production sites.
