Our plugin doesn’t trigger page reloading after pressing the Add to Cart button on the Quick View popup. You can test our live demo here to confirm that: https://demo.wpclever.net/woosq/.
It might be that the Add to cart button on your site is manipulated by another plugin or the theme elements so the page/cart will need to be refreshed everytime a product is added to the cart. You might want to disable all plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin to check, then reactivate one by one to find the culprit.
