After Ajax Transition , form not showing!

    Hello everybody !
    I have a problem with the forminator plugin, i have set an form in the footer , and i am using an ajax theme that , everytime i have to go on another page and it will disappear , after i make a reload it is shown, this is from ajax trasitions i knokw it ! But i have an option in my theme that let me execute a custom code after each ajax transaction , can you please what to put in this tool to execute the form in my footer after each ajax transaction ?
