After an upgrade my site comes up blank

Everything seemed to go well, but when I tried to log in, not only was my login page not right, but when I tried to access my site it comes up blank. I’m not sure exactly how to fix it, and I’m not sure how to restore my backup. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please and Thank You.
