• Hello,

Apple Pay appears correctly on the express checkout and successfully triggers the Apple Pay action. However, once the payment is completed, the page gets stuck on the cart page instead of redirecting to the order review page. After checking both the backend and Stripe, I found that no payment was captured, and no order was created.

To troubleshoot, I tried the following disabled all plugins except Stripe and WooCommerce and switched to the Twenty Twenty-Four theme, still same. I also enabled debug logging but found no relevant error logs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @ke_house

Are you able to enable test mode on this staging site so a full end to end test can be performed?

    Kind Regards

Thanks for getting back to me. Yes, I just tried it in test mode, but it still doesn’t work. After completing the Apple Pay transaction, the screen gets stuck on the cart page.

I also enabled logging on the plugin page, but I don’t see any logs related to the payment.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @ke_house

Your site was reviewed but you appear to only have Apple Pay enabled on the checkout page right now, not the cart page.

The checkout page integration was tested and Apple Pay didn’t have any issues. Can you enable Apple Pay on the cart page so it can be tested?

    Kind Regards

After the apply payment the screen just stuck at the checkout page and I waited over 3 minutes, nothing happened. Could you please look into it again. Many thanks!

Also I think we are happy to leave the button on checkout page only, no need testing on cart page.
