After automatic updating to 4.1.7 shortcode inside shortcode does not work

  • Recently I had an update to WordPress 4.1.7 and after it, my simple selfmade shortcode [BASE_URL] doesn’t work inside of [COLUMN_LEFT] shortcode.
    When I move it outside of [COLUMN_LEFT] it works again.
    [BASE_URL] just replaces shortcode with current url.

    Am I the only one having this problem? How to report it to WordPress devs?
