Hello @ivntea
i taked more than 22 hours trying to find any simple error on the theme but every thing is fine, so i confirmed that the problem may caused by your hosting provider or your WordPress version, please follow this instructions to know what is the problem !
so first you need to access your hosting file manager then go to your wordpress directory and find this file “Wp-config.php” open it with notepad or any text editor software, then search for this line “define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false );” change it to “define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, true );” after that go to themes directory and remove madar pro from there, after that you can enter to your dashboard !!
finally go to theme vi dashboard and reactive Madar Pro, and if there will be any error it will be indicated on the header of the website so we will have an idea about any issue caused by Madar pro, so try this and tell me know what’s new !!!

I use the latest version of wordpress (4.7.4)

(@abderrezak31)

that’s great information @ivntea

go to your madar pro director and change your function file ‘function.php’ to `<?php

define (‘THEMENAME’, ‘Madar Pro’ );
define (‘THEME_FOLDER’, ‘madar’ );
define (‘MADAR_VER’, ‘1.5.0’ ); //DB Theme Version
define( ‘DOCUMENTATION_URL’, “https://retina-theme.com/instructions”.THEME_FOLDER );

if ( ! isset( $content_width ) ) $content_width = 618;

// Main Functions
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/theme-functions.php’);
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/enqueue-scripts.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/mega-menus.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/pagenavi.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/breadcrumbs.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/madar-views.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/translation.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/widgets.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/admin/framework-admin.php’ );
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/shortcodes/shortcodes.php’ );

if( madar_get_option( ‘live_search’ ) )
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/search-live.php’);

if( !madar_get_option( ‘disable_arqam_lite’ ) )
require_once ( get_template_directory() . ‘/framework/functions/arqam-lite.php’);

?>
`
then follow this path “madarpro\framework\admin” you will find a file called : framework-admin.php open it and remove the lines 26/27 then save changes and refresh your browser
