After changes I made to the form the does not display any form

I took a look at your site, and saw that a MailPoet form displayed as shown here:

Were you referring to a different form? Or are you still seeing the same issue? Please try testing in an Incognito/Private browser window just in case (if you’ve dismissed the popup form once, it will not display again for you).
