I understand that WooCommerce analytics is showing incorrect analytics after?change the currency.

As a first step, can you see if regenerating the Analytics data helps? You can do that by following these steps:

1. Go to Analytics > Settings in your dashboard.
2. Scroll down to the “Import Historical Data” section and click the “Start” button.

That may take some time to import. You don’t need to remain on the page. It’s fine to leave and come back later.

Once the import has completed, check the Analytics reports again to see if the data is correct now. If it still isn’t, then go back to Analytics > Settings. This time, delete the previously imported data:

Once it’s gone, then run the import tool again. This will give a fresh, complete data set to work with.

Hello, thanks for answer, we will try but this should be done automatically. Also coupons. Do you imagine that after changing currency in coupon with cart discount stays in old currency and new currency have 7x more value than older one?

Was your site using multiple currencies, or only one currency, and you switched after some time? May I ask if you clear the site cache, which currency can you see in the analytics reports?

Please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.?

Thanks for sending the system report, I could not find any red flag on it.

Can you please navigate to WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Clear analytics cache, to see if that helps to resolve the issue?

Then, you can re-import the data from the Analytics → Settings section.

It is a good idea to check under WooCommerce > Status → Scheduled Actions to see if there is any stuck action that could be affecting the analytics.

sorry, we can’t test this on live site and on staging we don’t have orders. Also coupons like I mentioned https://prnt.sc/mv7TVwNuy7m- 300 kn was 40 eur and value on fixed cart discount stays 300 eur.

I think that with changing currency the database must update in background (like when WC is updating) and this must done automatically without user interaction.?

That’s a valid feedback, I can understand your point.

To clarify, did you clear the Analytics cache? Did that change anything?

You can switch the site’s theme to Storefront, and disable all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue is still present after that. If the issue is not present, it means there was a conflict affecting the normal behavior.

You can then re-enable the theme and plugins gradually until you find the cause of the issue. More info to check conflicts is below:
