    Hi Abu,
    Thanks for choosing IntellyWP products.

Could you please send us more details about the new hosting?

You could install one of available phpinfo plugins on www.ads-software.com to get all informations we need.

    Thank you

    Cheers

    Hey Abu

You can create a screenshot, upload it with a free online service like imageshack and add here the URL of this screenshot

Please do not send us any personal info about wp or cpanel

    Thank you

Thank you, I tried to upload the screenshot on imageshake but it failed.
Anyway, perhaps screenshot is not needed since this is clear enough. In short, when I visit a post link after activating this plugin I just see a full blank page without image and text.

Hope you have got the point and suggest me how to solve this.

N.B.I installed the php plugin as said above.

    Thanks

    Hey Abu,

unfortunately we can’t help you without any other informations about the current hosting.

You could try to change the PHP version from the hosting dashboard.

When you activate the plugin you can manage the settings?

    Please let me know

Yes, I can manage the settings. The plugin is still installed in my site, I just did not select the active? option

    Thanks

Did you reply without reading my first post where I noted that if I activate this plugin no post is shown, just blank page is shown? Then you wanted to see my server info. After sending you server info you replied as if you were not aware of this problem at all!

Do you have anything to help in this regard?

    Thanks
    Abu

Unfortunately the previous screenshot doesn’t help.

You could select an higher PHP version from the hosting dashboard even our plugin is compatible with PHP 5.6.39

Alternately, if you still receive a blank page instead of the single post or your website, please follow this tutorial to enable ” the debug” mode on WordPress

    https://codex.www.ads-software.com/WP_DEBUG

then activate the plugin and send us the screenshot of the single post page where you should see the details or something connected to this issue that can help us to fix it

Unfortunately, when an issue appears with a specific host, it is very difficult for us to figure out how to reproduce your issue

    Thanks

Thanks, after I activated this plugin I saw a blank page while visiting any post. Here is the screenshot-https://drive.google.com/file/d/13qA5D1LHcXhgLzQJB7W8QJ4DkaQb1Z0l/view?usp=sharing

And I have enabled ” the debug” mode

I humbly request to check it out.

    Thanks
