After changing permalink, slideshow not visible on SP & ipad anymore

  • Hello to all Experts

    I need help and your advise.
    Yesterday I created a new post with a slideshow and a few added photos.
    After, I changed the Title and the Permalink to it.
    Now, the slideshow and photos are only shown correctly on a computer, but are not visable anymore on a smartphones or Ipad.
    Can you help me to sort this problem out? I also tried to open a new blog, but I still have the same problem even uploading the same photos again. I searched the whole slideshow to try to see if there was a additional link to the original permalink.
    I would appreciate every help to solve this matter, and to undestand how to react in the future in case I ever must do something again.

  • Your theme seems to be outdated, and the problems described by you are caused by the theme. You may either download a latest version of the theme from the theme vendor’s site and install to see if it solves the problem, or seek support at https://www.prophotoblogs.com/support/
