    We have an issue where after submitting the checkout process and the user is redirected to the thank you page, the cart items are being left in the cart. Once the user goes back to the homepage or the /cart page cart will have the same contents as per last checkout with any coupons used as well.

    We are not encountering the above issue when your plugin is disabled.

    Most often when we see this issue it is caused by a caching or optimization plugin on your site. While these are designed to speed things up by saving information, they can sometimes accidentally save cart information as well.

    Sometimes the problem persists even with the correct settings, in which case we recommend turning off the caching.
