after clicking 'next' page 2 removes all shortcodes

When i click next on the videos underneath the main video, the next page loads but without the shortcodes i’ve added to style the page (maxitems=”5″ thumb_columns_ld=”5″)

Also, i’d like to have title=”1″ on, but the titles are huge, and ignore any styling i put into the page. can i edit this?
