After closing not showing up again

first thanx for the great work. very nice plugin!

i open the box with a trigger action. works fine. but if i close the box with the close button it will not reopening when i click on the trigger button again. i have to reload the page than it works again.
i cant use the reopen tab. it fits not into the design of the page (
popup frequency is set on each time.
