After connecting pop up not doenst scroll down

    Hi there,

    After I connected FB, Insta and Pixel I want to finish the process, but the pop-up doenst scroll down so Im not able to press the blue finish button… Therefore I cant finish the configuration process.

    Please help me out ??

    Not sure what to do here – can you take a screenshot of the area in question? Is it possible to try in a different browser to make sure it is not something that the browser is blocking? You can try also to use the tab key on the keyboard to see if it ‘scrolls’ down and highlights the button, then hit Enter to engage it.

    Let us know if that works, and if not please send the screenshot of the area to get an idea of what might be going on ??

    I had the same issue. I solved it by loging in with a different facebook account that had admin role on my page and connected my catalogue through that account. Hope this helps you:)
