After database table import no more visitors

    Hi,

    I have exported the database tables from my live site, I think there were 12. Then I pushed my staging page to the live site and imported the 12 tables and it all worked. But since the import no more users are recorded. since then I have 0 visitors per day. have I done something wrong?

    I forgot, i use lightspeed cache and quic cloud cdn. is it possible that is the problem? I have clear both caches.

    Thanks for using Independent Analytics. I’m sorry to hear about this error.

    Could you link me to the site? I will make sure the tracking script is showing up on the page.

    Could you also let me know if the plugin was using the same version on both the live site and staging site when pushed?

    Hi Ben

    Thank you for the great support. Ben has found out that the database table independent_analytics_devices was not imported. then I changed the value of the table iawp_db_version to 13 in the wp options and then everything works fine again thanks to ben.
