After deactivating plugin the side menu is still collapsed

  • After deactivating plugin the side menu is still collapsed and don’t come back even if you hover the icons.

    If I activate the plugin again hovering works.

    If I delete the plugin it remains collapsed.

    Can’t make the menu go back to its conventional behavior.

    How should I proceed?
