after deactivation strange [:]

    I have a woocommerce site.
    I wanted to see the admin in endlish and front end site in hebrew so i installed WP Multilang
    when I deactivated WP Multilang I see these [:he]some text[:] all over the site in tabs, menus fields etc.
    how do I get rid of these?
