After deletion code remains

I installed Termly (free version) and used it for a couple of weeks but then started to get messages to say that I was reaching my limit on the free model. I looked into it an decided to cancel termly.io and go somewhere else, so I disabled the plugin, deleted it and deleted my account on termly.io. I am now in a position where my new software cookiebot is reporting termly cookies and I have termly code on my website pages. I have contacted termly support and they say they cannot help and I should contact wordpress – anyone had a similar issue? know what I should do?
