after disabling and removing wordfence still slowing down my site

Did you select the option to Remove all Table data? That option completely removes everything once you remove the plugin.

Yes I did select the option to Remove all Table data, but Wordfence stayed active in cache so it seems.
After remove active cache program and reinstall it (super cache) I was able to completely disable wordfence.
