Glad to hear you were able to restore your site and of course recipes, nice work!
As we’re limited to Site Kit plugin support here in the Site Kit forums we’re unable to assist with any recipes plugins or features. In relation to Site Kit, however, please do inform me if you see any errors or notices, or is all working as expected, with the plugin already connected to your current URL?
There is an option to disconnect, but I am wondering if I do that step will I lose everything and have to reapply for AdSense again?
You may not need to either disconnect or reset your site, as Site Kit seems to be already connected to your current domain, heatherbarrett.ca. In relation to AdSense, your current site looks to be already approved on the AdSense network, and I can see ads placed. For that reason all seems to be working as expected with Site Kit, unless you can share any errors of notices you may be encountering within Site Kit.
Let me know if you have any queries with the above, and in particular whether you have any errors or notices within Site Kit. If you’re seeing an incorrect reference to an old domain on your site, within any Site Kit dashboard let me know. It’s possible that any old references are coming from your site title, as opposed to your actual domain.
