after donate blank screen multi-step donation form

    after clicking donate on the mult-step donation form
    it goes blank, no circle spinning, no processing please wait message
    I use stripe, if people wait payment goes through

    i thought maybe in payment gateways stripe settings from redirect to model I do not see any change even cleared cache

    some people are having problems when it goes blank .. others wait and see confirmation

    how can we put processing message or spinning circle or something ?
    or fix this ?

    Hi @obertscloud,

    Anytime there’s a payment error in the front-end, there’s a more detailed message in the back-end under Donations -> Tools -> Logs.
    Click the eye icon next to any recent error message and copy/paste the full error message in your next reply.

    Also, attach your System Information found in Donations -> Tools -> System Info.

    This will give us more context about the problem.
