After duplicate site, does the load speed affected?

If your on a new server then the times can definitely change. If your on the same server with no load then the load times should be close, although things like cache plugin settings and general server settings can effect your site.

There are allot moving parts on a web-site so it can be difficult to know what could cause any slowdown. Overall the plugin should have not have any effect on the speed.
