• Hello,

After each plugin version update, plugin settings are reset.

    What do we do?

    Thanks,

    Noam

The plugin doesn’t set/remove options outside of what you manually save in settings, so your site’s issue isn’t an issue with the plugin itself. The issue is probably caused by another plugin, or it could have something to do with your WordPress installation.

Try troubleshooting by hitting the Reset button in AddToAny Settings then uninstalling the plugin, to start with.

Download & install an old AddToAny plugin version (such as 1.7.20) to induce a plugin update.

If your issue still occurs, try temporarily deactivating other plugins and inducing a plugin update until you find the root cause of your site’s issue.

    Hello,

Thank you very much for your answer.

However, Yesterday, after the WordPress version update to 4.9.1, the plugin settings were involuntarily reset again.

What do we do? We followed your suggestions, but it didn’t produce a solution.

    Thanks,

    Noam

Something with your site is affecting plugin settings. No other users of the plugin have reported a similar issue, so for someone to try to reproduce your issue: Which AddToAny options are you setting exactly?

You should start a new site troubleshooting topic for more visibility.

Provide details: Your hosting environment, site setup, the plugins & theme(s), which other plugins are affected by your issue, the exact troubleshooting steps taken, whether you’re able to reproduce your issue on a brand new WordPress setup.
