After few Seconds Lively Chat Convert Into Offline chat

    It looks fine to me, always online.

    The only reason it would go offline is if there were no agents, or the schedule is set to go offline. If you can send me more clear steps to reproduce, I’m happy to help!

    i set always online but after few minutes its automatically offine chat box open like your name , email and message box . can you explain how can i set . its show always live message on chat box like email and name .
    My settings are :-

    In affiliates : 1 active admin
    working hours : Always Online
    If somewhere i am wrong please help
    If you want screen shot then i’ll send you of settings

    Its automatically convert into offline after few seconds you can check on my website
    https://www.dantugydytojas.lt/ it will show you offline message
