After Hitting Donate – periodically just shows blank page

I am having this same problem with recurring donations on my site.

It could be that you’re having a caching issue. You need to make sure the donations page isn’t cached.

Are you having this problem only with recurring donations?

Hi David,
about a week ago we have moved our site from test to online. At the same time the donate button stopped working. So we initially thought it was something gone wrong in changing the URL. But after reading this post it might be also another reason.
I have tried the caching.

I’m adding some host compatibility options in 4.0.15 that might help if you can’t find an alternative solution. Not a guarantee since every host is different, but at least it will be something.

I’m having the same problem with the screen turning WHITE after clicking on the donate button.

@jim, did you upgrade to 4.0.15 and use any of the host compatibility options? If not, read this for guidance:

The first thing I did was disable wp-super-cache and that fixed it immediately. Actually, the issue didn’t turn up until I upgraded. It was working okay before, so I’m not sure what happened. Also, people used the donate system earlier in the day… so I’m not sure what happened exactly.

Well, if it keeps happening, let me know. Also try turning on some of those compatibility options if it looks like you might need them.
