After hosting migration cannot access admin

  • I recently migrated my site to a new hosting, now i cannot access admin and even when i try to recover my password there is a message which says that the user does not exist (obviously it used to exist)….could this have benn caused by the migration process…how can i recover my password or access to the wp-admin???

  • Usually hosting companies assist with this type of errors. Did you try contacting them?

    Alternatively, you can try to reset your password or username via phpMyAdmin.
