After inserting custom fonts (Elementor), all pictures have gone!

    Hi Optimole-Heroes!

    I am having a severe problems. Because of German regulations, I had to use custom fonts instead of Google fonts. I uploaded them in Elementor, but they did not work everywhere and did not work at all on iPhones (maybe because Optimole touched the SVG file?).

    Elementor told me to deactivate all plugins and check again. Tuns out, with Optimole deactivated, the fonts worked. I turned Optimole ON again and all my images were gone! I swtiched the optins a dozen times, but they do return.

    Even is I enable “Enable image replacement” again, nothing happens. Since it is a photographers website, I cannot re-insert them all.

    Oh: It is only images that were used as a “column background” in Elementor! Image widgets and slideshows are intact.

    NO, I did not shift the images to your cloud.

    Please help! This is terrible for me.

    I’m sorry for the delayed reply because of the weekend and also that plugin didn’t work for you as expected.

    I’ve checked your website and seems like Optimole is no longer installed. Have you decided to remove it?

    If you still want to give it another chance please install the plugin and we will take a look at why images are not served as expected.

    I only deactivated it. Please let me know how I may send credentials so you may login.

    Like I said: This page is broken and I am havong big tzrouble because of that.
