    Plugin Anti-spam by CleanTalk doesn’t apply any restrictions to login process to WordPress backend. Plugin just doesn’t allow signup new spam bots accounts.

    So, you should try rename security plugins in WP_ROOT/wp-content/plugins one by one. When you rename the plugin this plugin will be automatically deactivated by WordPress, so you can find the plugin which are doing the restrictions.

    Can I have more details about this issue? Any error text or screenshot, please?

    Can you please post here webserver error logs? I think it was an PHP issue, so the logs can help to resolve the error.

    Thank you for the feedback!

    i got this same error and I think it is related to sessions. I got this error:

    Fatal error: Mage_Core_Model_Session_Abstract::getMessages()

    Is there a workaround?

    Hello,

    Do you use any Magento plugins? I’ve found same error in Google, please look here,

    https://www.google.com/#q=Fatal+error%3A+Mage_Core_Model_Session_Abstract%3A%3AgetMessages()

    Any way, please rename plugin folder WP_ROOT/wp-content/plugins/cleantalk-spam-protect. After that plugin will be disabled by plugin.

    Thanks for report.
