    Suggestions:
    Be sure you have a current backup for database and files
    Switch themes to one of the default themes (i.e. twenty seventeen)
    Install Health Check plugin to do some troubleshooting to help you narrow down the source of the issue.

    Maybe reinstall WordPress files (do not remove wp-content folder or wp-config file)

    If you don’t have dashboard access — add theme and plugin via file manager or ftp
