After installing gets blank page

That sounds like some kind of conflict (e.g. perhaps with another plugin or the theme). Are you installing the plugin for the first time? Or are you just trying to update to the newest version? How are you installing (e.g. completely from inside the WP admin, download the files and upload in WP admin, download the files and upload via FTP, etc.)? If you temporarily deactivate all other plugins, does it install?

using direct install via WordPress.

No, even i disabled all the plugin and just by keeping this plugin active give me blank page after disabled everything normal.

In that case, maybe not all the files downloaded properly. Please try completely deleting all the plugin files and then download it again.

We’ve done a bunch of testing and have not come across this issue. Also, there have been no other reports of this issue. So, it’s definitely something specific to your install.

Delete our plugin, then try switching to the default WordPress theme and then reinstall and activate our plugin. Does it work? If not, try installing via a different method (e.g. download the plugin files, move them to your plugins folder via FTP, then go into WordPress and activate the plugin).

I had the same issue. To resolve, I went to the settings tab and clicked save. After doing this my wordpress site went active again.

I had the same issue, but the above solutions “save changes” in the settings tab resolved mine as well. Perhaps a note to remind newer WP installers to save before trying to view?
