After installing WordPress 5.3 can’t activate or deactivate plugins

    After installing WordPress 5.3, for example, the Optimize Database after Deleting Revisions plugin will not activate, and other plugins, such as Bulk Move will activate, but it’ll not deactivate. (The plugin names are just examples.)

    Try to clear your chache.

    You’re in the right track. I clear the cache, but the problem persisted, then I disabled the W3 Total Cache and plugins starts working.

    Now, I don’t know how to fix the cache plugin.

    I was able to reinstall w3tc and now it seems that everything is working again.
