• I have a fresh VM RHEL 8, Apache 2.4 and Mysql has been installed. I have installed wordpress with Avada Licensed theme on that server. Now I have migrated one existing site to this new hosting. Everything is working fine. But while saving Avada theme options it is showing me Forbidden 403 error. And while updating those pages where we have used anchor and img tag within the text block, is also showing the same error. Apart from that all other pages are updating fine and all other sections of admin dashboard is also working fine. I am not a pro on Linux Server admin, but I have no linux administrator also who can solve this. Is this a wordpress issue or is a server issue? Is this security related issue. If so, how can I get rid of that. Please help!! I am putting a screenshot over here. When I am trying to update this section https://prnt.sc/jr9zu1gcjWMP, I am getting this error https://prnt.sc/VFe9TQGf7wSR.

The same is happening for the pages where the img and anchor tag are within the text block of fusion builder.

Please help me to get a solution for this.

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://avada.com/help-center/

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
