after last update form 7 changed

hello
i have problem and i think its only after the new update
i turned all plugin off and its sameafter click to send button the page reloading and then they write that they send the mail but before update this massage was on green font now its normall and they write this on up the form and down the form
and the other problem on the admin panel when i go to create a new form the page is diffrent i cant see any error .
