After login, form page refresh required?

    After login, the page with the form must be refreshed before the form shows up. This persists even when the user navigates to other pages and back to the form page. Is this expected? It seems inconvenient for front-end users.

    No, it is not intended

    First time I hear about this issue

    It must be another plugin that interferes or it could also be Theme related
