    Hi there!

It seems like there is a plugin on your site causing this issue. To assist you further, could you please run a conflict test?

Please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Five. Then, try placing a test order to see if the issue is resolved.

Here are instructions to guide you on how to run a conflict test:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

In the meantime, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    • System Status Report?which you can find via WooCommerce > Status
    • Fatal error logs?(if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Please use https://pastebin.com/ or https://gist.github.com/ and share a link to that paste in reply here. Once we have more information, we’ll be able to assist you further

    Hi @hzmobile88 ,

Thanks for sharing the details. It looks like you have quite a few plugins active, but I didn’t find any that would directly modify orders.

To narrow this down, I’d recommend temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and switching to a default theme like Storefront. This will help identify whether the issue is coming from a specific plugin or theme.

Also, could you check for any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs? If there are any, they might give us more clues.

If I remove all the plugins and change the theme, will it affect my website?

Yes, disabling plugins and switching themes will change how your site looks and functions, as any features tied to those plugins or your theme will be temporarily inactive. If you want to test this without affecting your live site, you can create a staging environment using the WP Staging plugin. That way, you can safely run tests without impacting your live website.

Let me know what you find! ??

I just need to empty wp_woocommerce_order_items and wp_woocommerce_order_itemmeta this two table. then issues resolved.

    Just don’t know why.

    Hi there!

I understand your concern. This behavior indicates that there is likely some code or a plugin that is automatically adding the product to the cart, even if you have already deleted the product from your site.

First, I would suggest you try clearing your site cache, and head over to WooCommerce → Status → Tools, and do the following:

    • WooCommerce transients – Clear
    • Expired transients – Clear
    • Clear template cache – Clear
    • Capabilities – Reset Capabilities
    • Clear customer sessions -Clear

If you still face same the issue, just to confirm, have you tried deactivating all plugins and switching to a default theme like Storefront to see if the issue still occurs?

If you don’t want to test this directly on your live site, I would recommend creating a staging site using the following plugin:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

On the staging site, please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce, and activate a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Four or Storefront, then check if the issue still happens.

Let us know the results so we can assist you further.
