After Making Payment How can my Customer Watch the Video

I’m using this plugin for the first time, as I want to use it for my client WordPress. I’ve used my MasterCard for the payment and it was successful, but I’m unable to Watch the video, on the order list, the Order ID was their that I’ve purchased the video….. PLS HOW CAN I PAY AND BE ABLE TO WATCH THE VIDEO????
