After making payment it shows an error but amount deducted from my account.

    As soon as I pay through cc avenue, i get an error as Server Error in Application.
    http error 404:not found..

    shockingly, it reduces the amt from my account but doesnt not show any message as the transaction is successfull or failed. it just shows the error. please help

    any idea why so?
    WP and all are upgraded.

    See if there are updates for cc avenue, and if not, contact the developer of cc avenue. It may be doing incorrect redirects. This is not a WC core issue.
