after making the changes below in wp.config.php my website disapeared from inter

    I have tried to edit wp-config-sample.php file with the information I have from my provider my
    [details removed]
    my website name is : premieroptie.nl

    here is the wd-config.php script which I made and uploaded to my provider server through filezilla

    define(‘DB_NAME’, ‘REDACTED’);

    /** MySQL database username */
    define(‘DB_USER’, ‘REDACTED’);

    /** MySQL database password */
    define(‘DB_PASSWORD’, ‘REDACTED’);

    /** MySQL hostname */
    define(‘DB_HOST’, ‘REDACTED’);
    after I made this changes ,my website premieroptie.nl is disapeared from internet and my friend can’t any more log on to maintain it.
    what I have did wrong in this script(wp.config.php) that things are going wrong ,how I can revise this fault
