After Malware Removal, Could Not Post

    I used this tool and it seemed incredible! I still think it probably is, but after I let it fix the files with malware (they where Iframe injections) I could not post an article. All of the Bold/Italicized/Underline Hyperlink etc box that appears just above where you are typing was not there and I could not get the cursor to go to the post box. I could only type in a title. I also tried on both Firefox/IE but this should not be the issue. Any suggestions?

    Wow! I really hope that was not caused be my plugin removing the malware wrong (but that’s what it sound like happened). I am completely willing to get in there and fix it and figure out what happened so that it won’t happen again (or to anyone else).

    I’ll need you to trust me with admin credentials to your site in order to figure it out and fix it. I know that’s asking a lot but it’s really the only way I can figure it out and I promise you can trust me.

    Would you happen to know what file would be responsible for the problem above? I just ended up reverting back to a back up from a day or two earlier. I then was removing the iframe injections manually.

    No, I cannot say without seeing it.

    I know it’s not a problem for you as long as you get it working the manual way but I would still like to see it myself so that I can fix it and make sure it doesn’t happen again. Do you think I could get in there and take a look? I promise to be quick about it.
