After migration comments not showing

  • Hi,

    I am facing a kinda funny situation.
    After harrowing time I successfully migrated my 159 MB of posts & all comments too.
    But no of comments are not showing.

    I have found a very tedious solution too.
    If I click edit (actually edit nothing) and update just any one comment per post; no of comments start showing!

    I am wondering if there is any easy method or if anyone has any explanation as to why this is happening!

    yes i tried swithching to few other and also default themes. not showing in any theme!

    Hi: I just did a large import for a client, from Blogger to WordPress, and have had the same thing happen. When editing the comment, like you said not even actually making an edit, then all of the comments for the post show up. BUT, only for that post. Gosh, do I have to do this for all of them? Just wondering whether you worked out a better solution.
