After Migration site not working due to ultimate members plugin

I have this website https://shelbycountytnlinks.org/ it was running perfect, I migrated this website from one hosting to another but after migration website was not working and when I disabled “ultimate members plugin” site started working but without this plugin, my user login is not available now. What is the solution?
