After moving cant see sidebars in widgets and save theme options.

    Hello everyone, please help with the following problem,
    I moved my web-site to another shared host. Everything still works fine on the previous one, but i cant see sidebars and save my theme settings on the new one. I already moved 5 WP sites, so I am experienced in this field. I did:
    1) Zip all files.
    2) Export DB.
    3) Edit DB to match url.
    –>
    1) Unzipped, set 777 perm to everything.
    2) Imported DB.
    3) Put wp-config settings.
    4) Disabled all plugins.

    Site itself works fine, but I am having these issues and cant solve them right now. Every help will be appreciated. The server uses suhosin. phpinfo – https://polxxi.ru/info.php

    Update: Some theme settings are available. Most of them are in the first options page. So maybe the problem is with suhosin?
