After moving files, still shows cgi. in path

I just had the server point to my WP files at cgi.mishawakalions.org
He told me to put everything in this directory, and he would point to it. So now when you go to: mishawakalions.org it opens the website, but if you click on any links in the site, you will see the path as:
cgi.mishawakalions.org (it includes the cgi. at the beginning.) Should I now go back and do this (really worried I will break something, wanted to ask first):

Settings/General: make them both https://www.mishawakalions.org
and then
Settings/Permalinks: and rechoose and save changes (PostName)
and then
Run ‘Velvet Blue Update Urls‘ plug in to update all the urls?
