After new cookie scan, our analytics drops about 90%

We had a new scan by cookiebot on the 14.07. (the date we bought the licence). Since this day, our Analytics Visitors dropped by 90%.
We implemented analytics with the google tag manager, as described on your website.

I can see the cookie has been set correctly:

With the browser extension Google Assistant, I can see the analytics fire:

Did we configure something wrong? The Google Support could not find any mistake in the Analytics property.
