    These below two action hooks can implement to achieve it.

    1. gform_razorpay_fail_payment with 2 params ($entry, $feed).
    2. gform_razorpay_complete_payment with 4 params ( $payment_transaction_id, $amount, $entry, $feed).

    I am also facing the same problem and I want to know how to use these two action hooks on gravity form. Kindly elaborate in detail

    @ramprak It would be great if you could elaborate it.

    Ideally, the plugin should let users select a page to display the status of the payment. This blank page makes it look like the site is broken. Please fix this asap.

    How to implement this web hook gform_razorpay_fail_payment in gravity form . please explain.

    Update: We’ll be releasing an update later this week with a better transaction confirmation page for the customer to view.
